What we collect

If you submit the waitlist form on our landing page, we collect your email address. That's it. We don't collect your name, your location, your device information, or any health-related data at this stage.

How we use it

Your email address is used for one purpose: to notify you when the Ȼisto Health beta program opens. We may also send occasional updates about our progress. We will never:

• Sell or share your email with third parties
• Share your information with any hospital, employer, or institution
• Use your email for unrelated marketing
• Contact you more than necessary

Where it's stored

Waitlist submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service. Your email is stored securely on Formspree's servers and forwarded to our team. You can read Formspree's privacy policy here.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your email at any time by contacting us at alex@cistohealth.com. We will remove your information within 7 days.

When Selya launches

Before the Selya beta opens, we will publish a comprehensive privacy policy that covers:

• How conversation data is collected, stored, and encrypted
• Our commitment to zero employer or institutional access
• How and whether anonymized data may be used to improve Selya (opt-in only)
• Your rights under PIPEDA (Canada's federal privacy law)
• Any third-party services involved in processing data

Our core commitment will not change: what you share with Selya stays with you. No employer, no insurer, no institution will ever have access to your conversations.

No clinical records

Selya is a personal wellness companion, not a clinical service. Information shared with Selya is not clinical documentation, is not part of any patient's medical record, and is not subject to institutional health information requirements.
